Behavioral Health Therapist (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT)

The Franklin Center for Human Services, LLC (FCHS), a small but fast-growing outpatient behavioral health practice, is looking for an experienced, independently licensed, Behavioral Health Therapist at its Franklin, MA location. You can set your own hours, but we are looking for someone willing to commit to a minimum of 10–12 hours/week.

Our mission at FCHS is to provide client driven, high quality behavioral health care to the Greater Franklin area, with a special emphasis on children, adolescents, and their family members. Requirements:

• Licensed as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT
• Minimum of 5 years post independent licensure experience
• Experienced in the treatment of children and adolescents required
• Prior outpatient experience, private practice preferred
• Already credentialed with private insurance a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record software, familiarity with TherapyNotes a plus.
• Willing to provide care in-person and via telehealth. We use HIPAA compliant Google Workplace/Google Meet for our telehealth sessions.

Compensation and benefits:

• Very competitive pay. Hourly rate varies according to type of service billed, from 1 hour evaluation at $72; 1 hour treatment at $64; to $32 for 30 minutes of treatment.
